Fitness Kickboxing/ Self-defence

It has been evident that individuals have the drive and motivation to see  great results from Kickboxing workouts/low impact Self-defence. The 55 minutes classes consist of a warm up, stretching, callisthenics, kickboxing/self-defence techniques, conditioning, and much more.  The program will promote self-confidence, teach basics self-defence and help individuals strive to attain personal fitness goals.
No need to worry if you have never  done anything like this before. We will teach you how to
perform each technique properly and safely. You will be getting in amazing shape, boosting your confidence, learning
self-defence, and having fun while working out!

Session: September 13 to December 7, 2014
Time: 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. (Saturdays)
Location: Plainsman Arena
Cost: $160 (12 sessions)
Drop in: $20
No training on October 11


Mandatory equipment: boxing gloves, mouth guard, hand wraps

We need minimum of 5 persons to run this program.
